PICO THERMAL RT Series is a corrosion-inhibited diethylene glycol fluid used for closed-loop heating and cooling in steel mills, chemical systems, and HVAC applications.
Applications: Heat exchangers, rectifiers, chemical reactors, plasma torch cooling (MIG/TIG), closed-loop HVAC, and process freeze/burst protection.

Description
PICO THERMAL RT Series is a line of inhibited diethylene glycol-based heat transfer fluids for industrial process heating, cooling, freeze protection, and recirculating HVAC systems. Formulated with corrosion and scale inhibitors, these fluids protect all metals including copper. Ideal for steel mill heat exchangers, rectifiers, and chiller loops operating between -50°F to 200°F.
This series is also recommended as an additive for plasma torch systems (MIG and TIG) and is compatible with the PICO QUENCH GUARD product line. PICO THERMAL RT Series provides consistent thermal performance, low evaporation rates, and long service life. It is biodegradable, non-hazardous, and can be used as-is or diluted with water to meet specific freeze protection requirements. Red coloration makes identification and leak tracing easy in multi-line environments.
