Position Overview

  • Technical sales role focused on specialty industrial chemicals and lubricants
  • Develop new business opportunities across manufacturing and industrial markets
  • Work directly with customers to solve process and application challenges
  • Collaborate with in-house chemists on custom chemical formulations and product solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct on-site plant visits, evaluations, and troubleshooting
  • Support product trials, sampling, and implementation
  • Prepare technical recommendations and follow-up documentation
  • Build relationships with operators, engineers, maintenance teams, and management

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of industrial, chemical, or technical sales experience
  • Strong mechanical and industrial manufacturing knowledge preferred
  • Experience with industrial chemicals, lubricants, coolants, or related products is a plus
  • Self-motivated, hunter-style sales mindset required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel regionally
