Description
PS 1025 is a fast-acting, low-foam alkaline cleaning additive designed to remove wet or dried paints, inks, adhesives, latex, and resin coatings from tanks and reactors. It is effective against acrylics, vinyls, styrenes, polystyrenes, urethanes, and other polymer systems common in industrial manufacturing.
PS 1025 can be used either as a cleaning accelerator (15–20%) in a caustic bath or as a diluted standalone cleaner (40–50% in water). Supports continuous cleaning via recirculating spray, immersion, or fill-and-boil systems, offering extended bath life, residue-free rinsing, and improved production uptime. Non-flammable, non-rusting, and VOC-reducing.
