Description
PICOSOL 5381 is a heavy-duty, biostable soluble oil coolant formulated for machining, stamping, drawing, forming, and grinding of ferrous, stainless, and non-ferrous metals. It delivers excellent boundary lubrication, tool and die life, and corrosion protection—even in demanding operations.
The product forms a long-lasting, stable micro-emulsion in water with low foam, excellent wetting, and a clean-running, non-tacky finish. It is suitable for both CNC and NC systems and does not produce smoke during use. PICOSOL 5381 is operator-friendly, hard water stable, and economical to use at low concentrations. Weld-over performance is possible in most cases; cleaning guidance available upon request.
