Description
PICOMIST 4095 is a water-based synthetic mist lubricant designed for cutting, sawing, machining, and forming of ferrous, stainless, titanium, and other hard alloys. It delivers exceptional lubricity and cooling in MQL systems, while maintaining a clean-running, biodegradable, and oil-free formula.
PICOMIST 4095 provides excellent coverage, corrosion control (even on cast iron), and leaves a dry, non-tacky protective film that won’t build up on saw blades or tooling. It is compatible with all water types, stable under severe cutting conditions, and optimized for visibility and operator safety.
