Description
PICOMIST 4095 is a water-based mist lubricant designed for minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) applications where clean operation and consistent tool performance are critical. It delivers effective lubrication in high-speed machining while minimizing residue. Well-suited for operations where part cleanliness and downstream processing are a concern.
PICOMIST 4095 provides excellent coverage and corrosion control, even on cast iron. Leaves a dry, non-tacky protective film that will not build up on saw blades or tooling. It is compatible with all water types, remains stable under demanding cutting conditions, and is formulated for improved visibility and operator safety.
