Description
PICOMIST 4091 is a multipurpose MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) mist lubricant designed for machining, sawing, and cutting of non-ferrous metals, aluminum, and titanium alloys. It delivers exceptional boundary lubrication, friction reduction, and coverage using only trace amounts per cut or form.
This clean-running fluid operates at low temperatures, requires no post-process cleaning, and is applied “as received” by mist spray, drip, or flood. PICOMIST 4091 provides good corrosion control on ferrous metals, does not stain, and leaves no waste. It is ideal for use in precision machining and forming operations across a wide range of metals and tooling applications.
