PICOLUBE PWL Series are tacky, EP-fortified way lubricants that prevent stick-slip and reduce friction on machine tool slideways. Compatible with coolants and multifunctional for gears and hydraulics.
Applications: Lathes, grinders, boring machines, milling machines, machine tool slideways, flood-lubricated ways, gear/way combos, and chains.

Description
PICOLUBE PWL Series are high-performance way lubricants for use on the sliding surfaces of machine tools where boundary lubrication, coolant exposure, and high way pressures demand exceptional performance. These multifunctional fluids are built from premium base oils and enhanced with tackifiers, EP additives, and corrosion inhibitors. Ensures strong adhesion, reduced stick-slip, and long-term surface protection.
Designed for lathes, milling machines, grinders, and boring equipment. PICOLUBE PWL Series adheres to metal surfaces, eliminates chatter and galling, and resists wash-off from water-based coolants. Select viscosities (PWL 1 and 3) also serve dual roles in hydraulic systems, while higher grades (PWL 5, 7, 9) can be used in dual-purpose gear and way lubrication systems where loading is high.
