Description
PICOGUARD R 39-87 is a fast-drying, non-VOC, water-based hybrid acrylic primer coating formulated to protect ferrous steel during indoor and outdoor storage. It forms a durable, dry-to-the-touch film that offers excellent adhesion, salt spray resistance, humidity protection, and wear resistance against chipping, scratching, and scuffing.
Applied “as received” by spray, dip, brush, or roller, PICOGUARD R 39-87 is ideal for metal parts, bars, tubing, or assemblies destined for shipping, export packaging, or long-term staging. It provides protection for up to 3 years indoors or 1 year outdoors, and is safe, non-toxic, non-flammable, and environmentally compliant.
