Description
PICOGRIND E is a high-performance synthetic grinding coolant designed for ferrous and exotic metal grinding in both standard and high-pressure systems. It provides excellent lubricity, corrosion resistance, and biostability while maintaining clear, low-foam visibility at the machine interface.
The fluid quickly settles fines such as cast iron and graphite chips, prevents their recirculation, and keeps systems clean. It resists depletion under heavy chip loading, splits out tramp oils for extended fluid life, and works well in both hard and soft water. PICOGRIND E also helps achieve low micro-finishes, reduces wheel loading, and leaves machine surfaces clean and dry.
