Description
PICOGRIND D is a boron-free, synthetic grinding coolant formulated for a wide range of grinding operations involving ferrous metals. It provides excellent lubricity, detergency, and corrosion protection while maintaining a clear, low-foam solution that enhances operator visibility.
The fluid rapidly settles cast iron chips and swarf, rejects tramp oils, and extends sump life. PICOGRIND D performs well in both hard and soft water, leaving a dry, non-tacky film on parts, tools, and machines. It helps achieve low micro-finishes and keeps wheels clean to reduce dressing cycles. The product is also biologically stabilized to resist bacteria, fungi, and yeast growth in service.
