Description
PICOGRIND C is a high-performance synthetic coolant formulated for grinding operations involving ferrous metals. It provides excellent lubricity, detergency, and corrosion control while maintaining a clear, low-foam solution for operator visibility.
This coolant quickly settles chips and swarf to prevent recirculation, extends coolant life by rejecting tramp oils, and resists depletion under heavy chip loads. PICOGRIND C performs well in both hard and soft water, and leaves parts and machine surfaces clean, dry, and non-tacky.
It is biologically stabilized to resist bacteria, fungi, and yeast, and delivers clean system performance with low micro-finishes across a wide range of grinding operations.
