PICOGRIND A & B are synthetic coolants for grinding ferrous and hard metals. They offer fast swarf separation, tramp oil rejection, and clean system performance.
Applications: Surface, cylindrical, Blanchard, belt, and roll grinding.

Description
PICOGRIND A & B are high-performance synthetic grinding coolants designed for steel, stainless, and exotic alloys like nickel chrome and chromium carbide. They rapidly settle swarf and fines, reject tramp oils, and help maintain a clean, efficient system.
Both fluids resist depletion under heavy chip loads, reduce wheel dressing by preventing buildup, and keep parts and machines dry and residue-free. They are low-foam, transparent, and suitable for use in both hard and soft water. PICOGRIND A is amber; PICOGRIND B is blue.
Not recommended for aluminum or soft metals.
