Description
PICOFORM 4730 is a solvent-based, environmentally friendly vanishing lubricant designed for stamping, bending, blanking, and forming aluminum, galvanized, pre-painted steel, copper, brass, and ferrous metals. It delivers clean, oil-free performance and leaves a light, ashless film that evaporates quickly after use—eliminating the need for post-cleaning while maintaining compatibility with downstream operations such as welding, painting, and assembly.
The advanced formulation of PICOFORM 4730 reduces galling and metal pickup, enhances die cooling, and extends tool life in light to medium-duty applications. Containing no oil, chlorine, sulfur, or phosphorus, it provides excellent lubricity on aluminum without staining or residue. Biodegradable, water-free, and self-depleting, it’s ideal for high-speed, clean manufacturing environments where washing is not practical or available.
