Description
PICOFORM 4700 is a solvent-based vanishing lubricant formulated for light to medium-duty stamping, bending, forming, and blanking of ferrous and galvanized metals. Designed for clean, fast-evaporating performance, it leaves a thin, ashless film that typically requires no post-wash and will not interfere with downstream operations such as welding, painting, or assembly.
The oil-free formulation of PICOFORM 4700 enhances die life, minimizes galling and metal pickup, and provides excellent lubricity without residue. It is ideal for operations where part cleaning is impractical, supporting faster press speeds, improved tool protection, and smooth, stain-free finishes. Used as received, it evaporates quickly and helps maintain clean, efficient production environments.
