Description
PICOFORCE 5195 is a biostable, non-chlorinated semi-synthetic coolant for moderate to severe machining of ferrous, aluminum, and other alloys. It delivers excellent lubricity, part finish, and sump life. Resists staining, odor, and bacterial growth.
Formulated as a clean-running micro-emulsion, PICOFORCE 5195 combines the lubricity of a soluble oil with the cleanliness of a synthetic. It protects sensitive materials like 6061, 7075, 2024, and cast aluminum, and includes extreme pressure and boundary lubrication additives for tough alloy machining. The fluid is operator-friendly, low-foam, and does not require tank-side additives when properly maintained.
