Description
PICOFORCE 5192 is a high-lubricity, biologically stable semi-synthetic coolant for machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its micro-emulsion design improves part finish, tool life, and sump life, while resisting misting, tackiness, and degradation under high-speed, high-pressure conditions.
PICOFORCE 5192 is engineered for moderate to severe machining, it protects sensitive alloys like 6061, 7075, 2024, 1100, and cast aluminum from staining and corrosion. The fluid is operator-friendly, recyclable, and waste-treatable, and does not require additional tank-side additives when used at proper concentrations. It contains no chlorine, sulfur, or phosphorus compounds and performs well in both standalone and central system setups.
