Description
PICOFORCE 5191 is a low-oil, high-lubricity semi-synthetic coolant designed for moderate to severe machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is especially effective on aluminum and other sensitive alloys like 6061, 7075, 2024, and cast grades.
Formulated as a clean-running micro-emulsion, it combines the lubricity of a soluble oil with the cleanliness of a synthetic. PICOFORCE 5191 delivers excellent part finish, tool life, and metal wetting while reducing mist, coolant consumption, and odor. It resists staining, maintains excellent pH stability, and performs in both individual machines and central systems.
The fluid is biologically stabilized, non-tacky, recyclable, and waste-treatable.
