PICOFORCE 5190 is a clean-running, semi-synthetic coolant for machining and sawing of steel, stainless, aluminum, and alloys. It offers strong lubricity, excellent tool life, and stain-free protection on sensitive metals.

Description
PICOFORCE 5190 is a high-lubricity, biostable semi-synthetic coolant designed for moderate to severe machining, grinding, and saw cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is especially effective on sensitive aluminum alloys such as 6061, 7075, 2024, 1100, and cast aluminum, offering excellent corrosion protection and stain resistance.
The micro-emulsion formulation provides strong lubricity and wetting for improved tool life and finish quality. It resists odors and bacterial growth, eliminates the need for tank-side additives, and runs clean with a non-tacky finish. PICOFORCE 5190 is low-foam, stable in hard water, recyclable, and waste-treatable — making it suitable for both standalone machines and central systems.
