PICOFORCE 5120 is a semi-synthetic coolant for moderate to severe machining and forming of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It combines the lubricity of a soluble oil with the cleanliness of a synthetic, while protecting sensitive aluminum alloys and extending sump life.

Description
PICOFORCE 5120 is a multipurpose, biostable semi-synthetic coolant formulated for machining and forming operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is designed to handle moderate to severe conditions without the high oil content of traditional semi-synthetics.
The micro-emulsion improves surface finish, tool life, and metal wetting while resisting foam and bacterial growth. It also rejects tramp oils and eliminates the need for tank-side additives when used at recommended concentrations.
PICOFORCE 5120 offers excellent corrosion control and is fortified to prevent staining on sensitive aluminum alloys including 6061, 7075, 2024, 1100, and cast aluminum. It performs in both stand-alone machines and central systems.
