PICOEXTRUD 475 is a vegetable-based lubricant for extrusion, heading, and gear systems. It improves tool life, lowers smoke, and performs cleanly on all metals.
Applications: Forward/backward extrusion, cold heading, rivet forming, thread rolling, and gear/machine system lubrication

Description
PICOEXTRUD 475 is a premium vegetable-based lubricant for extrusion, cold heading, thread rolling, and rivet forming operations. It is used as received and provides excellent lubricity, high-temperature fluid stability, and anti-weld protection for severe metal flow conditions.
The formula is clean-running, non-VOC, and oxidation-resistant, with stable mid-range viscosity, low smoke, and mild odor. PICOEXTRUD 475 is safe for all metals including soft alloys, and also functions as a gear and machine lubricant without contaminating forming systems. It is centrifuge- and filter-compatible, and contains no chlorine or active sulfur.
