Description
PICOEXTRUD 460 is a premium multifunctional lubricant formulated for extrusion, cold heading, rivet forming, thread rolling, and gear system lubrication. It is used as received and provides excellent lubricity, high-temperature stability, and extended tool life under severe forming conditions.
It is clean-running with low smoke, low volatility, and stable viscosity at all temperatures. The fluid is chlorine-free, non-VOC, non-corrosive, and safe for use on all metals including soft alloys. PICOEXTRUD 460 can be filtered or centrifuged and is ideal for dual-use in both forming and gear/machine systems without risk of contamination.
