Description
PICOEXTRUD 450 is a multifunctional lubricant designed for extrusion, cold heading, rivet forming, thread rolling, and gear system lubrication. It is used as received and delivers high lubricity, temperature stability, and anti-weld protection for severe metal flow conditions.
It runs clean with low smoke, mild odor, and stable viscosity across all temperatures. PICOEXTRUD 450 is chlorine-free, sulfur-free, non-VOC, and safe on all metals including soft alloys. It can be centrifuged, filtered, and used for dual-purpose applications without cross-contamination between forming and machine systems.
