Description
PICOEXTRUD 430 P is a premium performance extrusion lubricant. It is designed for forward and backward extrusion, cold heading, rivet forming, thread forming, and machinery lubrication. It delivers outstanding lubricity, high-temperature stability, and oxidation resistance for extended tool life and clean, consistent metal flow in severe forming operations.
The fluid is chlorine- and sulfur-free, non-VOC, and safe for all metals including aluminum, brass, copper, and stainless. PICOEXTRUD 430 P runs clean, resists foaming, can be filtered or centrifuged, and doubles as a gear lubricant without cross-contamination of forming systems.
