Description
PICOEXTRUD 412 P is a multifunctional, extended-service lubricant for extrusion, cold heading, rivet forming, thread rolling, and gear lubrication. PICOEXTRUD 412 P provides superior lubricity, high-temperature stability, and oxidation resistance to improve surface finish and extend die and tool life under severe metal flow conditions.
It is used as received and runs clean with low smoke, stable viscosity, and a mild odor. The fluid is filterable, chlorine-free, and non-corrosive, and may be used in both forming and gear lubrication systems without cross-contamination. It is safe for all metals, including aluminum and soft alloys.
