Description
PICOEXTRUD 411 P is a multifunctional, extended-service lubricant for extrusion, cold heading, rivet forming, thread rolling, and gear lubrication. Use as received. Delivers excellent lubricity, high-temperature stability, and oxidation resistance for long die life, superior surface finish, and reduced smoke and volatility.
PICOEXTRUD 411 P is safe for all metals, including soft alloys, and can be used for both forming and gear lubrication without cross-contamination. The fluid is chlorine- and sulfur-free, filterable, and maintains stable viscosity with clean-running performance in severe metal flow applications.
