Description
PICOEXTRUD 410 P is a premium multifunctional lubricant for extrusion, cold heading, rivet forming, thread rolling, and gear lubrication. It is used as received and provides superior lubricity, extended tool and die life, and outstanding surface finish during severe metal flow operations.
The formula features high-temperature stability, low volatility, and oxidation resistance with minimal smoke or odor. It is safe on all metals, including aluminum and soft alloys, and may be used as both a forming fluid and machinery lubricant without risk of cross-contamination. PICOEXTRUD 410 P is chlorine-free, sulfur-free, filterable, and clean-running.
