Description
PICODRAW 4067 is a heavy-duty metalforming lubricant engineered for moderate to severe ID and OD reductions of carbon and stainless alloys. It combines extreme-pressure, anti-weld, and lubricity-enhancing additives to prevent scoring, scratching, staining, and seizure during high-pressure cold forming. The product delivers consistent film strength, excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, and superior lubricity across a range of severe-duty swaging and drawing operations.
Used as received, PICODRAW 4067 runs clean with low smoke and mild odor, providing stable performance under heavy loads and elevated pressures. It can also function as a spike oil to boost the lubricity of petroleum-based products and improve tool life and part finish. Easily removed with compatible PICO cleaners, this non-staining, high-strength lubricant supports cleaner, more reliable, and more productive metalforming processes.
