Description
PICODRAW 4066 is a heavy-duty metalforming lubricant formulated for cold swaging, drawing, and extrusion of carbon, stainless, tool, and alloy steels. It delivers exceptional film strength, lubricity, and adhesion to metal surfaces, ensuring superior die protection during both OD and ID reduction operations. Designed for the most demanding forming environments, it minimizes scratching, scoring, and seizure while permitting greater reductions and improved surface finishes.
Engineered with advanced extreme-pressure and anti-weld additives, PICODRAW 4066 provides low smoke and mild odor performance in high-friction applications. This viscous, high-strength lubricant is used as received (neat) and cleans easily with compatible PICO cleaners.
