Description
PICODRAW 4042 is a synthetic metalforming lubricant formulated for moderate to heavy-duty operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It forms a clear solution when diluted and provides excellent metal wetting, film strength, and lubricity to improve tool life, part finish, and overall forming performance. The advanced synthetic formulation contains extreme pressure and friction modifier additives that maximize die protection and surface cooling during stamping, drawing, punching, and forming applications.
Replacing traditional oil-based products, PICODRAW 4042 delivers clean, weldable, and biodegradable performance with very low VOC content. It is easy to remove with water, operator-friendly, and compatible with all water types.
