Description
PICODRAW 4030 is a synthetic, water-dilutable metalforming lubricant designed for moderate to severe-duty drawing, stamping, punching, forming, and tube end operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It combines advanced friction modifiers and extreme-pressure additives to deliver superior lubricity, tool protection, and clean-running performance across a wide range of forming processes.
The clear, oil-free formulation of PICODRAW 4030 reduces the risk of galling, tube splitting, and cracking while remaining weldable, non-foaming, and easy to rinse away.
