Description
PICODRAW 4030 R is a synthetic metalforming lubricant developed for moderate to severe-duty drawing, stamping, and tube end forming of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It contains extreme pressure and friction modifiers to reduce cracking, galling, and tool wear. Improves part finish, surface cleanliness, and formability.
PICODRAW 4030 R is oil-free, water-dilutable, and weldable, with a clean-running, low-residue film that is easily removed with water or aqueous cleaners. It is compatible with spray, roller, and recirculating systems, provides short-term indoor rust protection. It performs well in tube expanding, reducing, flaring, and ram forming applications.
