Description
PICODRAW 4030 HD is a heavy-duty synthetic metalforming lubricant for drawing, stamping, punching, and tube forming of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. PICODRAW 4030 HD contains extreme pressure and friction-reducing additives that improve formability, reduce galling, and minimize part cracking in severe-duty applications.
It forms a clear, water-dilutable solution that runs clean in spray, flood, or recirculating systems. The oil-free film is weldable, low-foaming, and easily removed with water or aqueous cleaners. Ideal for tube expanding, flaring, and ram forming, as well as blanking and deep draws where clean parts and extended tool life are critical.
