Description
PICODRAW 4030 GEL is a synthetic gel lubricant formulated for tube and pipe bending and forming of carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, aluminized, copper, and titanium. It provides maximum film strength and boundary lubrication to protect mandrels, wiper dies, and tooling. Improves surface finish, part quality, and production consistency.
PICODRAW 4030 GEL gel-like formula adheres to tooling without run-off, reduces weeping and dripping, eliminates smoke and fire hazards during welding, and can often be welded through without removal. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, and operator-friendly, replacing oils, fats, and pigmented lubricants in high-precision tube forming operations.
