Description
PICOCUT CODE BLUE 2 is a chlorine-free, environmentally friendly cutting and machining lubricant for ferrous, stainless, titanium, Inconel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and other alloys. It is widely used in medical, aerospace, Swiss machining, and precision metal applications. This clear blue fluid delivers excellent high-temperature stability, boundary lubrication, chip settling, and corrosion protection. Maintains low mist, mild odor, and clean-running performance.
PICOCUT CODE BLUE 2 provides a long, stable solution life and is used as received for a wide range of operations including broaching, slotting, roll forming, and screw machining. It is also suitable as a machinery or gear lubricant and can accept oil leakage without process contamination.
