Description
PICOCUT 6080 is a high-performance, vegetable-based cutting lubricant designed for precision machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, and Inconel. Its chlorine-free formulation offers outstanding lubricity, anti-weld performance, and corrosion protection, extending tool life and improving surface finish.
The product is water-miscible and suitable for use “as received” or diluted 5–15% for flood, flow-on, or MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) applications. PICOCUT 6080 delivers long, stable solution life, filters easily, and leaves minimal residue, making it ideal for industries with stringent cleanliness and surface requirements such as medical, aerospace, and high-precision machining.
