Description
PICOCUT 6013 is a multifunctional, environmentally friendly cutting and machining lubricant designed for use on ferrous, stainless, titanium, Inconel, aluminum, copper, brass, and bronze alloys. It is well-suited for medical, aerospace, Swiss machining, and other precision metal applications.
The fluid provides high-temperature stability, strong lubricity, cooling, and corrosion resistance, while reducing smoke, mist, and fire hazards. PICOCUT 6013 is used as received and performs in a wide range of operations from broaching and slotting to roll forming and automatic screw machining. It runs clean, does not stain, and offers long solution life with easy filtering or centrifuge separation.
