Description
PICOCUT 6012 is a chlorine-free machining lubricant designed for high-performance cutting of ferrous, stainless, titanium, Inconel, aluminum, and specialty alloys. Ideal for use in medical, aerospace, Swiss machining, and other precision metalworking environments, it delivers excellent boundary lubrication, surface finish, and tool life.
This clear blue fluid provides excellent chip settling, oxidation resistance, and clean post-process removal. It is non-misting, non-foaming, and low odor, with a high flash point that eliminates smoke and fire hazards. PICOCUT 6012 is used as received and performs well in slotting, broaching, reaming, tapping, gear cutting, screw machines, and other precision applications.
