Description
PICOCUT 6006 is a multifunctional, vegetable-based sawing and machining lubricant designed for use on ferrous, non-ferrous, titanium, Inconel, stainless, and soft/yellow metals. It provides strong boundary lubrication and anti-weld performance to extend tool life, improve surface finish, and support tight tolerance control.
This eco-friendly fluid is non-foaming, chlorine-free, and offers long stable solution life. It delivers excellent visibility during operation, reduces smoke and misting, and leaves machines clean with easy residue removal. PICOCUT 6006 is used as received and offers broad compatibility across general machining and sawing operations.
