Description
PICOCOOL MGI is a multifunctional synthetic coolant designed for machining, grinding, and cut-off operations. Suitable for use in both mist and flood applications, PICOCOOL MGI delivers excellent lubricity, corrosion protection, and sump life across ferrous, stainless, cast, tool steels, titanium, certain alloys, and composite materials.
This non-foaming, oil-free fluid maintains clarity for optimal operator visibility, resists tramp oil contamination, and leaves a clean, non-tacky finish. It helps prevent wheel loading in grinding, settles fines rapidly, and reduces maintenance downtime. The coolant is biodegradable, low-irritation, and compatible with all water types.
