Description
PICOCOOL 5265 is a multifunctional synthetic coolant designed for machining, grinding, and metalforming operations on all carbide alloys. It provides excellent lubricity, corrosion protection, and cleanliness while extending tool life and reducing product rejections.
This coolant rapidly settles fines, splits tramp oils, and maintains long sump life with reduced maintenance. It is fully biodegradable, non-foaming, and ideal for high-pressure systems. PICOCOOL 5265 also supports centrifuge separation, keeps grinding wheels clean, and prevents cobalt leaching from carbide tooling. The oil-free formula leaves a clean, dry, non-tacky film and eliminates weld and smoke issues.
Note: Do not mix with other metalworking coolants or additives.
