Description
PICOCOOL 5259 is a multifunctional, biostable synthetic coolant designed for high-performance machining, grinding, and forming operations. It offers strong lubricity, excellent corrosion protection, and clean, residue-free performance on steel, cast iron, stainless, titanium, and composite surfaces.
It rapidly settles swarf and tramp oils, resists degradation under heavy chip loads, and maintains long sump life with minimal maintenance. The clear, low-foaming formula enhances operator visibility and is safe for centrifuge separation systems. PICOCOOL 5259 also eliminates smoke and weld issues and leaves a clean, non-tacky finish on parts and machine surfaces.
Note: Do not mix with other metalworking coolants or additives.
