PICOCOOL 5254 is a biostable synthetic coolant for machining and grinding aluminum, stainless, cast, and composite materials. It offers excellent lubricity, corrosion resistance, and tool life in CNC, sawing, forming, and grinding systems.

Description
PICOCOOL 5254 is a clear, synthetic coolant designed for a wide range of machining and grinding operations on aluminum, stainless steel, cast metals, and other alloys or composites. It is oil-free, non-tacky, and clean-running, providing excellent part visibility, surface finish, and operator safety.
The fluid is compatible with all water types, stable under high-pressure conditions, and resists foam and mist. It rejects tramp oils, extends sump life, and maintains clean systems with low maintenance requirements. PICOCOOL 5254 also performs exceptionally in grinding applications using diamond or CBN wheels and is biologically stabilized against bacteria, fungi, and yeast.
Seal Compatibility: Neoprene, Viton, Buna-N, Polyurethane, Hypalon, EPDM
Not recommended for mixing with other coolants or additives.
