Description
PICOCLEAN XRF 160 is a water-based, environmentally compliant cleaner designed to remove light to heavy deposits of rust, scale, oxides, flux, and oil from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. It is also safe on plastic and composite surfaces.
Formulated as a fast-acting, acid-based liquid, PICOCLEAN XRF 160 replaces hazardous acids and caustic cleaners commonly used for heavy-duty rust and scale removal. It can be applied “as received” or diluted down to 10% for use in spray, brush, soak, or wipe-on applications. Effective at room temperature or heated up to 140°F. No pre-cleaning is needed, and rinsing is often unnecessary prior to coating or sealing.
