Description
PICOCLEAN XR 100 is a ready-to-use, pH-neutral rust and scale remover for ferrous metal surfaces. It contains no acids or alkalis, is non-toxic, non-VOC, and biodegradable, and provides safe, fast-acting removal of oxidation, mill scale, and surface rust during processing, transit, or storage.
It can be applied via immersion, ultrasonic systems, wipe-on/wipe-off, or continuous spray, and is safe on metals like brass, copper, stainless, aluminum, and even plastic or rubber. PICOCLEAN XR 100 leaves no interfering film, making it compatible with welding, painting, and other downstream operations. Temporary corrosion protection is also provided, with enhanced results when followed by PICOGUARD inhibitors.
