Description
PICOCLEAN TSS is a water-based cleaner designed for high-throughput spray and immersion systems used in fastener production and metal finishing operations. Effectively removes extrusion oils, drawing compounds, and machining residues from ferrous components. Maintains low foam and high detergency at low concentrations and temperatures.
PICOCLEAN TSS provides excellent oil rejection and bath longevity in rotary drum, tunnel, and turntable washers, making it ideal for facilities focused on reducing downtime and maximizing throughput. It leaves a bright “nickel” finish and helps minimize residue buildup, ensuring consistent cleaning performance across large-volume fastener lines.
