PICOCLEAN FS 100 is a fast-acting pre-cleaner for parts washer systems. It removes oils, rust, and buildup to restore internal cleanliness and maximize chemical performance.
Applications: Rotary drums, tunnel washers, turntables, conveyor tanks, circulation systems, rust and scale removal
- Use at 5% dilution, up to 170°F
- Removes oils, soils, rust, and oxides
- Circulates for 4–8 hours

Description
PICOCLEAN FS 100 is a multifunctional pre-cleaner designed to flush residual oils, dirt, rust, and scale from the internal tank systems of rotary, tunnel, drum, and conveyor-style industrial parts washers. It is circulated through equipment before adding a production cleaner. Ensures optimal surface cleanliness, reduce re-deposition, and improve overall chemical performance.
With excellent soil release and rinsing action, PICOCLEAN FS 100 extends the life of production cleaners, eliminates corrosion risk, and reduces labor and chemical costs. Also used for targeted removal of water scale, heat scale, and oxides on metal surfaces when recommended by PICO.
