PICOCLEAN 5052 is a low-foam system cleaner and conditioner for coolant sumps and fluid lines. It removes chips, oils, and odors while extending sump life.
Applications: Machine tool sumps, central systems, pre-mix tanks, coolant recycling, fluid lines, maintenance cleanouts

- Helps extend fluid life between cleanouts
- Does not stain or redeposit soils
- Circulates for 4–24 hours before changeover
Description
PICOCLEAN 5052 is a water-based cleaner and conditioner formulated to clean and maintain coolant sumps, central systems, fluid lines, and metalworking equipment. Removes oils, grease, chips, dirt, bacteria, and odors from machine sumps and fluid systems. Conditions coolants to reduce rancidity and extend fluid life.
PICOCLEAN 5052 can be added directly to operating coolant and circulated prior to cleanout, or used as a tank-side additive to temporarily restore system cleanliness and odor control. Cleans at ambient temperatures, does not promote re-deposition, ideal for use during coolant changeouts or fluid maintenance routines.
