Description
PICOCLEAN 5030 is a water-based, low-foaming cleaner formulated for spray, immersion, and ultrasonic cleaning of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It effectively removes machining oils, coolants, drawing compounds, and organic residues in both light- and heavy-duty cleaning environments. With excellent wetting action, corrosion protection, and oil-splitting capability, it supports extended bath life and consistent cleaning performance.
PICOCLEAN 5030 is phosphate- and nitrite-free, hard water tolerant, and rinses clean without leaving residue. It is especially well-suited for use in automated wash systems processing fasteners, stampings, and precision-machined components.
