Description
PICOCLEAN 5028 A is a heavy-duty, water-based alkaline cleaner formulated for the spray and immersion cleaning of metal fasteners and industrial components. It effectively removes extrusion oils, moly lubricants, phosphate coatings, drawing compounds, and stamping residues in rotary drum, tunnel, turntable, and hot tank systems.
Designed for extended bath life, PICOCLEAN 5028 A offers excellent oil separation, low foam performance, and superior detergency even at lower temperatures. It also brightens steel surfaces with a “nickel” finish and performs reliably across a wide range of ferrous and alloy fasteners.
