Description
PICOCLEAN 44 is a fast-acting, water-based ink cleaner designed to deeply clean anilox rolls, engraved cylinders, and press components used in flexographic and gravure printing. It penetrates and lifts embedded ink from cell structures, improving print quality and equipment reliability.
Formulated to replace caustic and flammable solvents, PICOCLEAN 44 is non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe to use across all major ink types. It works on UV, solvent-based, water-based, heat-set, and sheet-fed inks. The product may be applied by spray, hand wipe, mop, brush, immersion, or circulation. Suitable for both daily cleanup and deep cleaning tasks.
